Shipping Info

We only use the safest and most stress free shipping techniques to make sure your coral arrives to you in the best possible condition.

Method:

We ship with UPS Overnight delivery to make sure your corals arrive in a timely fashion. Typical arrival is around 10am-12pm the day after your selected shipping date during checkout.

The date you select during checkout is the SHIPPING date, the package is expected to arrive the NEXT day.

DOA Policy(Dead On Arrival):

Buyer must take clear photos of dead corals in the unopened bags/containers they came in within 2 hours of delivery time stated on tracking information. In this case a credit or refund, excluding shipping cost, can be applied.

In rare cases of carrier delays or errors which CM Aquaculture have no control over where the corals get delayed via mail and are DOA, CM Aquaculture will be responsible for 50% of the loss. By purchasing any item, you agree to this policy.

Fraud/Order Cancellation:

We do not allow order cancellations within 24 hours of your selected shipping date, all orders are sent out by 5pm on that selected date.

We have to right to cancel/refund ANY order that matches our constantly updated fraud list obtained from other vendors and forums. Legal action may also be taken if found using fraudulent behavior.
