Shipping Info
Buyer must take clear photos of dead corals in the unopened bags/containers they came in within 2 hours of delivery time stated on tracking information. In this case a credit or refund, excluding shipping cost, can be applied.
In rare cases of carrier delays or errors which CM Aquaculture have no control over where the corals get delayed via mail and are DOA, CM Aquaculture will be responsible for 50% of the loss. By purchasing any item, you agree to this policy.

Fraud/Order Cancellation:
We have to right to cancel/refund ANY order that matches our constantly updated fraud list obtained from other vendors and forums. Legal action may also be taken if found using fraudulent behavior.
